Shipping

Please allow up 7-10 business days to process and ship an order. Once an order is processed and shipped, it can take 3-7 business days to be delivered.  

You can find your tracking number by checking your emails for order notifications from the website, or by logging into your account and viewing your order for the latest tracking information.

At this time we do not offer expedited shipping. If you need your order by a certain date, we ask that you place your order 14 business days before that time.

Refunds/Returns

Due to the nature of our products retail and consumable products are non-refundable all orders are final sale. There are NO refunds, NO returns or exchanges. Please ensure that you are entering the correct email address so that you receive your purchase right away. All orders purchased can be found in the email you provided at check out.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
